Idea for a leatherface buff:

In his base kit, any survivors hit by his chainsaw suffer an action speed debuff (healing, gens, etc).

    That would be nice. I would use the chain addons but generally the charge addons are mandatory.

    Devs have a new design philosophy that no killer's power will directly inhibit survivor action speed after Freddy. Besides, Bubba's problem isn't stalling but really just being able to get the insta down in the first place.
