Green Hex totem

Member Posts: 279

At the start of the match there is an additional totem that lights up green. Finding the totem and destroying it grants the survivor an extra hook life. The totem has three difficult skill checks and messing up the skill check restarts totem cleanse timer. Finishing the cleanse does a triple lightning sound and the survivor now has a green outline around there icon on the bottom.

The killer sees this hex aura in green and is notified after the survivor hits the first skill check.

You guys think this this would be cool addition or something not worth while?

Survivors already have it on easy mode.

Extra hook life? I honestly hope you're joking.

It’s a concept🙄 and it makes a secondary objective to kill gen rushing. If you would like to give a different bonus feel free to do so!

MoM to avoid a hit of damage (or at full HP negate any instant down effect)

DS to escape a capture (and technically heal 1 state)

DH to escape a hit (typically works once but can often net a few)

Deliverance for a free hook escape

4% baseline chance to escape a hook

Hatch at any gen progress when last alive

Borrowed time to negate a hit

Instant heals to negate a hit

I'm sure others could push more examples (I'm just listing the straight forward ones) but survivors do have a lot of ways to extend their survival rate. I'm not saying all of this to "bash" your idea as everyone can and SHOULD have their own, but this isn't really a category that I feel needs more tools.

    Nice joke.

Helps a lot more if you offer some sort of insight into your reasoning. Agree or disagree with the OP (or me, not sure to whom you are referring).
