Windows of Opportunity

Tier 1, cool down starts after 1 use of a pallet drop or vault

Tier 2, cool down starts after 2 uses of a pallet drop or vault

Tier 3, cool down starts after 3 uses of a pallet vault or drop.


Boil Over

Increase the Tier shale effect by 25% for each step, and add 4 meters to tier 3 for hook aura reduction.
