Please fix the unbroken emblem.
A lot of times i get downed right at the exit gate in order to give some time to my team or something like that. The emblem should not change in gold and stay iridescent if you get downed right before you escape (if you had never been downed during that trial before).

Maybe don't let him down you at the edge of the gate?
You don't need to let him down you to buy time for your team. You can just walk out before he hits you and he'll smack the Entity barrier, wasting time.

I thought this would've been about the actual, kind of annoying unbroken issue where you live until literally the end of the match, gates opened, and get 49% survival time, downgrading it to Bronze.
But nope. Iridescent = Never downed. Take it or leave it

It should. And you can give people time just by standing in the exit and getting hit once.

Don't hang around the exit and just leave.
If you want to distract or take a hit realise that you're putting yourself and your emblems at risk
