Introducing: Chaos Mode
This is my idea for a new mode that I think can solve many (but not all) of the petty complaints survivors and killers alike are vocalizing...Chaos mode is my answer. While I’m certain that this mode (or something similar) would no doubt bring a refreshing blast of fun to DBD, I’m not entirely sure if the technical side of the game would be able to handle it, not my area of expertise. Here’s the basics:
- COMBINE 3 MAPS INTO 1 MATCH: At the moment, this will only work for Coldwind, Autohaven and MAC Estate. Just take 3 of the different variations of the match and combine them to 1 huge map.
- 3 KILLERS PER MATCH: This mega-map will need 3 killers to patrol reasonably. Restrictions: No user can’t play as the same killer as another. Each killer brings 1 perk to the game (no duplicates) and all killers receive the effects of each per perk. The 4th perk will have to be voted on, out of a list of 5 great killer perks. I leave the details to your imagination.
- 12 SURVIVORS PER MATCH: These 12 will be split into 3x 4-man squads. No duplicate survivors! Like the killer, each survivor chooses 1 perk (that is unique to that character’s 3 perks) and all squadmates get the effect of those perks. Perks that increase your chance of being obsession will ONLY be active for the squadmate that actually IS the obsession. I.E., if someone chooses Object of Obsession as a perk, it will still be in all other squadmates load outs, but’s ONLY the obsession in that squad (1 obsession per squad) receives the benefits of that (and all other) obsession perks.
- GAMEPLAY CHANGES: Each match will require 12 generators repaired with 15 spawned. Totems are multiplied by 2, As well as pallets in map.
- THERE’S 5 EXITS: 2 exits are decoys, the other 3 are squad specific, each squadmate must exit his/her specific assigned exit (revealed only when last gen is popped.
- FEATURES: Survivors will instantly receive a borrowed time status for 15 seconds if rescuer belongs to same squad. While the BP system won’t change much, the squad with the highest combined score (and killer) will receive a BP bonus after match.
Let me me know what ideas, changes or thoughts you have. I haven’t worked out the hatch yet.

This seems kinda “Chaotic” haha!

Every game the killers would be Nurse, Hillbilly, and Leatherface. Survivors would not get rescued lol.

Oh and killers would lose every game.

Sure they would, it’d be just as easy as rescuing anyone else. With only a 12 gen req. (averaging 4 per squad), killers would be severely punished camping, and the built in borrowed time would help.
Another note: Disconnects would cause serious challenges for this mode, as such, should have severe consequences, a 60 minute server ban (which multiplies by 4 for every DC within 24 hours)
