This is an idea I have for a new killer called The Planewalker, who is SCP-106 from SCP lore. I feel like it would make for a very well played killer. It’s a bit long and monotonous, but hopefully organized well enough.

The Planewalker

SCP 106 (SCP)

Backstory: Lawrence always had a hard past. He wasn’t ever really liked, so he kept to himself mostly. When he was drafted into World War 1, however, his demeanor changed. He had seen horrors that other men could not imagine. Dozens slaughtered by his hand, and many more by his brothers in arms. It nearly broke him, what it was. When he stumbled across a hole on routine patrol, black as night, it changed him forever. When he fell in it was dark, impossible to see anything. When he re-emerged, he was not the man he once was. He was something else, something sinister. Clinging to life, he disappeared, never to be found again. Lawrence no longer existed; only an old man remained. Nightmarish stories of a dark figure stalking the trenches by nighttime filled soldiers with terror, and though nobody ever saw him, there was no doubt that the tale had some truth. After the war, the surrounding fields were abandoned, and the dark figure moved on. A lifetime later, a chain of facilities known as The S.C.P. Foundation opened up, and based on past rumors and stories, set out to discover the shadowy man. Having successfully located the man and containing him, he was transported to Site 19 in [DATA EXPUNGED]. Using several tactics and methods of containment, the old man now known as “SCP-106” remained contained for years, until one day, it all changed. On April 15, 2012, a massive containment breach occurred and SCP-106 was freed from his shackles. Now, after of being pent up for so long, he was free. He exacted his revenge on The Foundation and, killing multiple personnel residing in the facility, escaped the secret laboratory for good. Exhausted and unsure of what was next, he stumbled into a thick fog. As it enveloped and surrounded him, he heard voices, not human, chattering, speaking to him. Everything went black, and he was reminded of the time so long ago he fell into that hole. He understood what was happening. The Entity had graced him with unbelievable ability, but this time, it wanted to recruit him into its own dimension. Smiling ear to ear, The Planewalker would now have many new victims to play with.

Overview: The Planewalker plays similarly to The Hag, placing traps around. However, these have much more power, and whether you use them for movement or trapping is up to you. His abilities and perks center around him confusing and toying with the survivors, never allowing them to be aware of where he is, and then striking when the time is right.

Map: Site 19 (Indoor map similar to Lèry’s Memorial Institute. Features a map with twisting corridors littered with rubble, overgrowth and decay, clearly left by The Planewalker. In the center of the map is The Planewalker’s containment cell, which has a catwalk similar to the one at LMI, except instead of drop-downs at the center there are multiple doors on each wall.

Weapon: Corrupt Touch. Similar to The Hag, The Planewalker uses his hand, dripping with decay, to burn away at his victims.

Stats: Speed: 105% / 4.2m/s

Alt Speed: 90% / 3.6 m/s

Terror Radius: 24 meters

Ability: Corrupt Stain: While looking at the ground, The Planewalker can create a Corrupt Stain (Takes 2 seconds). He can have 4 of these at once, can see the auras of pre-existing Corrupt Stains, and creating a new one clears away the eldest, similar to The Hag. If he is looking at a pre-existing corrupt stain then he can enter it and re-Enter any of the other three, which will take 3 seconds to teleport. While teleporting your terror radius is transported and a 30 meter croak is audible. If a survivor steps into a corrupt stain, they will begin sinking and must struggle to get out (4% chance, which is not affected by Slippery Meat), or another survivor can free them which takes 2 seconds. If they fail to free themself (12 seconds before sink) they will fall into The Planewalker’s pocket dimension, which is a very dark maze of winding walls about the size of the current map. A hatch will randomly spawn in this pocket dimension, and if the survivor locates it and jumps in they will re-appear in the usual realm randomly. They have a 2 minute timer inside the pocket dimension which continues off each time they enter, indicated by a black splatter around their icon which increases in a clockwise fashion the longer they are in. If this timer expires, they will instantly die at any state. While stuck in a Corrupt Stain, The Planewalker can pull the survivor out instead and instantly put them into the dying state. Survivors that are downed cannot enter a Corrupt Stain, and crouching will allow you to pass through the Corrupt Stain freely.

Alt Ability: Matter Waltz: While not looking at the ground, The Planewalker can use his alternate ability, which allows him to phase through all matter. During this state:

-He moves at 90% speed (3.6 m/s)

-He can still attack, which inflicts the Hindered status effect for 15 seconds.

-When brushing up against a wall or obstacle, The Planewalker instantly warps through it. After doing so your speed is increased to 105% for 1 second.

-This effect cannot be used vertically.

This state lasts for 6 seconds, and has a cooldown of 12 seconds afterwards. The Planewalker can be lightburned during this which will automatically burn him out of this state.

Offerings: Bent Keycard: Adds a 9999 percent chance of the trial taking place in the Site 19 Realm.

Corrupted Splinter: Allows the user to play as The Planewalker for the duration of the trial (Just in case he is considered licensed).

Add-ons: Snapped Femur: Uncommon add-on. Survivors who fall into the pocket dimension gain the Mangled status effect for 90 seconds.

ELO-IID Suppressor: Uncommon Addon.

-Your terror radius and red stain are suppressed during and for 8 seconds after you teleport via Corrupt Stain.

ELO-IID Static Field Component: Very Rare addon.

-Teleporting via Corrupt Stain suppresses your terror radius and red stain during the teleport and for 8 seconds afterwards.

-Survivors hit during this time are instantly put into the dying state.

Decayed Lead Slab: Very Rare add-on.

-Disables the ability to enter through Corrupt Stains.

-Makes Corrupt Stains 20% larger.

-Corrupt Stains become invisible when survivors are less than 10 meters away.

-When a survivor gets stuck in a Corrupt Stain, their aura is shown for the duration and for 6 seconds afterwards.

Black Puddle: Very Rare add-on.

-Survivors can no longer fall into Corrupt Stains.

-The teleport time in between Corrupt Stains is reduced by 50% and The Planewalker gains a 15% haste status effect for 10 seconds after emerging from one.

-The Planewalker now only takes 1 second to place a Corrupt Stain.

-Survivors 6 meters or closer to a Corrupt Stain have their aura shown.

Rusted Bullet: Uncommon add-on.

-During Matter Waltz, going through an obstacle increases your speed to 130% for 0.5 seconds.

Decayed Bullet: Rare add-on.

-Decreases Matter Waltz speed by 10%.

-Going through an obstacle increases your speed to 150% for 0.5 seconds.

Jawless Skull: Ultra Rare add-on.

-Disables the ability to teleport between Corrupt Stains. When The Planewalker enters a Corrupt Stain he will enter his pocket dimension. While there he can attack survivors occupying it and kill any dying survivor there by his own hand. He cannot use Matter Waltz while here and using M2 will instead bring him back to the Corrupt Stain he entered.

Perks: Killing Spree: Uncommon(1/2)/Rare(3) perk.Every you kill, you learn from your mistakes and become faster, stronger. Each time a survivor is killed, your cooldown for missed/hit attacks is reduced by 15%, to a maximum of 15%/30%/45%. “Killers never stay static. One kill always means more, no matter their intentions.”

Stalk Your Prey: Uncommon(1)/Rare(2/3) perk. The desire to kill your prey fills you with insatiable hunger. You become obsessed with a survivor. Every time you get bloodlust from being in a chase with that survivor, you get a token, up to 5.

1-4 tokens: You gain Bloodlust in a chase 5%-10%-15%-20% faster (In increments of 7/10 for Rare/Very Rare).

5 tokens: You gain bloodlust in a chase 25%/35%/50% faster and you start with Bloodlust 1 when entering a chase.

Hex: Black Death: Rare(1)/Very Rare(2/3) perk. The Entity’s power is apparent even before its form appears. When you hook a survivor, the survivor is guarded by The Entity for 5/10/15 seconds, preventing that survivor from being unhooked (They can still unhook themselves should they be in phase 1).

Mori: (3rd person) The Planewalker will drag the survivor’s right leg towards itself, and then while holding it will snap the survivor’s femur bone. After that he will flip them over and plant his hand on their face, burning through their flesh, killing them. He then raises his hand which stretches the flesh of the survivor’s face.

Thanks for reading all that. If it sounded good or if you have any possible changes/additions, please let me know. Thanks!
