Killer Weapon: A Long sharp Switchblade
Killer Power: Sharp Darkness
Sharp Darkness;
The KIller folds in his switchblade, concealing the weapon and activating the power (this takes 3 seconds, can be lowered with perks or addons)
When Sharp Darkness is active;
The killers terror radius is reduced to zero metres and produces no red stain. Their movement speed increases by 5% and actions preformed are 10% quicker
whilst the power is active and the killer is near a locker an active ability button will appear
Using the ability will make the killer dash into the locker causing it to shake creating anoise with a radius of 32 metres, 3 seconds later the killer will appear out of a different locker, a locker closest to a random survivor, they'll do a quick basic attack then be stunned for 4 seconds and deactiviting the power
the power takes 30 seconds to recharge (can be changed with perks and addons)

Entity's sharpness:
When a survivor is picked up, a random hook will sprout of the blades of a stage 2 hooking for 10/20/30 seconds, hooking the survivor will immideatly put them into a stage 2 hooking if they're put on this hook, or sacrifice them if they were already on that stage.
when the perk deactivates the hook is broken for 80/70/60 seconds
the perk can only be activated every 120/110/100 seconds
This perk cannot affect the basement hooks
Basement Protection
If a survivor is hooked in the basement The entrance to the basement will be blocked by the entity for 20/25/30 seconds
Only the killer can pass through the blockage of the entity
The perk can only be activated every 120/100/80 seconds
Precise Swing (Obsession perk)
When in a chase with an injured survivor or the obsession. succesful attack cooldowns are reduced by 10/15/20% and missed attacks are reduced by 5/10/15%. Breaking pallets will not cause you to lose bloodlust
Can only be activated every 40/30/20 seconds
If the cooldown ends during a chase it will be activated mid-chase and the cooldown after the chase ends will be 15/14/12 seconds

Personally mate I think the ability is a bit weak. Getting the stun after getting out of the locker is a really bad idea and should be removed. The random part of teleporting also should be changed to being a locker selected by the killer.
Entity's Sharpness: This would be too strong in my opinion. Any perk that can just skip a hook stage is a bit strong and the rng part of it could also make it really annoying for killers wasting a perk slot on it.
Basement Protection: Yea it's a good idea. Seen it a few times and it could be good for basement builds.
Precise Swing: I dont understand why this is an obsession perk. Should just affect injured survivors. But the problem I have is how it negates losing bloodlust. It seems like you'll never lose any bloodlust with the really short cooldown you have.
I think you need to give your killer something more to help his ability and adjust a few perks mate but I thoroughly enjoyed reading this mate. Hope my feedback was helpful.
