People using BPS and then tryhard
Pretty tired of players both Killers and Survivors using Bloody Party Streamers on a Double Event and then being total tryhards instead of maximizing EVERYONE'S BP gain...you can,obviously play however you want...just know I personally consider it scummy/dickish move for these events....

To be perfectly fair, trying as hard as possible would ensure that they get more points. A survivor could go easy on the killer, for example, but they'd risk losing their escape points if they do. Likewise a killer might lose their no one escapes points if they decide to go easy on the survivors. Beyond that, not everyone's looking to farm. There are people who just want to play a serious match.

I stopped burning BPS because it's always bad luck. If I or a survivor burn BPS when I'm playing killer, 90% of the time I get seriously gen rushed and end with fewer points total than I would've gotten had I not burned the offering.
If I burn BPS as a survivor, 99% of the time I get immediately tunneled out of the match. The offering is just super bad luck for me. I've even been trashing them when I prestige, now. Not worth using them.

Gen rushing and racing to the exits, esp,by the ranking and emblem system is def not maximizing gains...but I digress
I doubt it'll ever be a thing, but for Double BP Events...wish there was a filter to search for farm groups...the Devs clearly A'Ok it..but on,console Survivors and Killers 9 times outta 10 tryhard on these events and/or don't know what farming even is...Im not trying to super 4k people and rank up...but that's all people are doing in my matches...its a 3 day event...Imo it's smarter to just chill amd get even more BP amd rank up even faster :/

I only use BPS when I'm in a group. I'm not gonna risk it on a game where I die on first hook 'cause everyone thinks someone else is going for the save. For killer, I have yet to use BPS, though I probably will if I prestige anyone.

If I use or see BPS I will make sure to get a lot if points and I will do that by tryharding. Nothing is more boring than farming, I will never farm no matter what. I can remember myself farming 2-3 since 2016, in all 2-3 times it was a combination of double bp event + 5 bps dropped. But even if this would happen nowadays, I wouldn't farm.
I play this game for fun and not to collect numbers.

I got a lobby with 3 toolboxes. I left it, because dont want to get rekt and lose my bp offering for naught.

I play the game normally, regardless of whether it's double blood points or not. I normally burn Bloody Party Streamers as soon as I get them. Don't get upset at me if you assume I am open to farming because I am playing how I normally playing after burning a Streamers offering like I normally do.

I'll still use em to get SOME use out of em...just find it funny that for a 2-3 day event people want to keep going hard when we rarely get these, no matter what your aim is...we all have to contend for the grind, seems silly as ######### to have the mindset to troll, tryhard/ sweat on a small time event when it benefits everyone...this is why we can't have nice things.
Killers super tunneling/camping, Survivors rushing Gens and ignoring saves...etc... I swear at times this community is great...then the lot of ya jus upend that

Playing "normally" is fine... Im,not demanding farms every game....but I'm talking about burning a BPS then super tunneling/face camping tactics...because a fair number of Killers have been doing that and if you're gonna do that to screw over others in this community, I consider that a major dick move

I was nice and used a party, because they had that in their name. at the end, I was the only one using it and got also insulted. I let them farm, two hooked 3 of them, but they havent helped me at all, thats why I had to kill 3 of them. Thats what you get for being nice.

It happens, I still stand by not tryharding Survivors and letting all of us get buckets of Bloodpoints. Gotten a couple GGs and thanks for not tunneling/camping people. Some people are just selfish, it's a 3 day event but sure, gotta climb that Rank *eyerolls*

i try to farm when there's 3 BPS or more, if there's less than that i play normally.

I'm not playing to farm, I'm playing to win. If I bring in a BPS it's just so I can get double BP. Im not obligated to dick around for 20 minutes cause you can't get BP on your own.

Event or not, I just play normal.
That means, for kills, saves, heals and escapes.

I love the term tryhard. Calling someone that just means you're incapable of winning unless your opponent goes easy on you.

I had a game where I used a BPS and the killer tunneled and kept downing me, leaving me slugged.

The only thing that confuses me is when a killer uses BPS and then hard camps. They get no blood points because they didn't stop gens and 3 of us got out.

Bloodpoint events always brings out the worst in people. Doesn't help that the rank reset was the day before it started..

Not gonna lie, everyone and their mother sweats when BPS are in the game, it's high stakes. Why not test making it an addon that doesn't show itself like Mori and Shrouds (though I'm not sure how that would go). As a killer I don't like to sweat with them on, but I'll run into a teabagging Ash/P3 Claudette with the crutch combo, and of course I'll tunnel him into the ground and end his game even at the expense of mine (usually the latter never happens but I've already excepted it), I'm very good at ending chases. It's just not fun having to sweat on a match where I'd rather chill a bit.

Yeah, I had those typical Survivors yesterday: "U use BPS so why do you kill us immidiately?"
Then being called a noob because I enjoy playing the game how it's supposed to be played. I have 2.4 k hours and I like to play the game how it's supposed to be played. The entire "farming sh*t" was interesting when you reached your first 100 of hours in earlier days but now it's just boring.

People like you are why killers get bullied. Nobody is talking about farming. You get far more points for playing normally, getting more hooks on everyone etc. Regardless of what a dev or you say. Most survivors who want the bloodpoints don't even care about surviving. They just want to get as much points as possible - but you killer mains and your ever girthy egos have to ######### all over it.
Honestly, this is why I don't waste bloodpoints offerings. I have nearly 1000 party streamers spread across my survivors and almost 400 spread over my killers, and I'll only ever use them if I SWF, which isn't often.

Lol people are actually crying because players refuse to farm? I'm not playing DBD to farm, I'm playing to survive or kill. If I wanted to farm I'd play some other game.
