Got some questions about Prestige levels

Quick question. If I manage to reach Prestige Level 3 with any character, is it possible to prestige them any further? If yes, does it raise the chances of getting better Bloodwebs aswell?

You can't prestige any further, you can just keep leveling up to unlock all the perks or to stack items/addons.

You can't go higher than prestige 3. Also, the description that prestiging helps increases the rarity of items in your bloodweb is an outdated description describing what happened before the bloodweb revamp years back. It might still help with pre level 50 bloodwebs, but once you hit level 50, it's a preset 1 or 0 ultra rares, 3 very rares, 6 rares, and the rest random per bloodweb regardless of prestige level.
