Imo, thats not fair at all, cause its relying on skill of fellow survivors, not your.

Instead of giving a penalty for hooked survivor, reward the unhooking with less points, let me say, 20% of required points for iriscend emblem, or less, cause you could get points for other actions too.

Imho, that ll make it more fair, cause you dont get punished for teammate faults.

There's 3 other catagories you could be working to make up for your crap teammates man. The benevolence emblems are one of the few ones that have been done right, leave it alone.
