Chapter Idea: Lost at Sea
Killer: Meri Williams, or The Drowned
"The Drowned is a killer capable of damaging survivors/objectives, and swimming throughout the trial with her power Into the Abyss."
Specs:
Difficulty: Intermediate
MS: 115%
"She's agile and speedy."
TR: 32m
"Fast, but quite loud and alerting."
Weapon: Extended Pitchfork
"A pitchfork, gleaming with the reflection of water and corroded gold."
Height: Tall
"A lanky and towering woman."
Appearance: A tall woman wearing a torn ocean-colored dress. Her skin is pale green, her hair is messy and wet, and she is barefoot. One of her eyes are missing. Water also drips from her body.
Mori: The Drowned grabs the survivor's head, and 'drowns' them in the floor (the survivor's head goes through the floor), lifts their head up, then gets up and stabs them in the back of the neck with her pitchfork.
Power: Into the Abyss
The trial has been waterlogged. Hold the power button to charge your power and 'sink' and disappear into the ground into Underneath Mode. It takes 5 seconds to charge your power.
After sinking, you will be able to move freely under the ground at a faster pace.
- You emit a faint terror radius while Underneath, and your red stain is hidden.
- The camera will be in 3rd person.
- You are able to grab a survivor's foot while Underneath. They will fight back.
- Survivors must succeed 3 moderately difficult skill checks to escape your grab.
- If a survivor fails any of the skill checks, they will lose the struggle and immediately be put on your shoulder.
- If a survivor fails one skill check, they will be put on your shoulder with 40% of their Struggle meter completed.
- If a survivor fails two skill checks, they will be put on your shoulder with 20% of their Struggle meter completed.
- If a survivor fails all skill checks, they will be put on your shoulder without any progression.
- If a survivor succeeds all skill checks, they will kick you, forcing you to be stunned for 3 seconds and exit Underneath Mode.
- To exit Underneath Mode, grab a survivor or charge the power button.
Your secondary ability is to spill water.
- Hold the Activate Ability button to scoop an Entity-created bucket of water from the ground.
- This bucket of water will replace your ability to attack until you spill it.
- You are able to spill water on generators and survivors.
- Spilling water on generators will cause them to regress. The next survivor that interacts with it will face a tremendously difficult skill check.
- Failing the skill check will injure them and regress the generator by 5%. Survivors cannot be downed while performing this action.
- If water is spilled on a survivor, they will become wet, forcing them to slip and fall.
- Falling will hinder the survivor's movement, and they will get back up after 1.5 seconds.
- Survivors become dry 60 seconds after they have had water spilled on them.
Note: Regression perks and skill check perks will not stack with Into the Abyss. Into the Abyss also works with indoor maps.
Perks:
Prevented Save (uncommon/rare/very rare)
After hooking a survivor, the hooked survivor will be blocked by The Entity for 10 seconds. Prevented Save has a cooldown of 40/30/20 seconds.
Prevented Save pauses sacrifice time until the duration has ended.
"A beautiful woman with deadly attributes."
Capsized (rare/very rare/ultra rare)
You are capable of overturning a survivor's hope of escape. Each time a generator is completed, all survivors suffer from the Exposed effect for 10/15/20 seconds. The EGC's timer is reduced by 30 seconds.
"Don't enter the water."
Inevitable Death (rare/very rare/ultra rare)
There is no escape. If a survivor is unhooked within your terror radius, Inevitable Death activates. While Inevitable Death is active, all survivors have their sacrifice time reduced by 0.5/1/1.5 seconds.
"Your death will be soon."

Survivor: Diana Herrick
"Mrs. Herrick was a wife and mother to her loving husband, Seamus Herrick, and their kids, Gina and Rodger, who had an open heart towards them and loved them with all her mite. After losing her husband at sea, she fell into a depression. A thick fog then rolled into her room one Sunday evening. Now, she lives in the Entity's realm, trying to escape desperately so she can see her family once again."
Role: Kindhearted Grandmother
"A sweet and caring old lady, she's titled as a grandmother by others."
Difficulty: Intermediate
Appearance: Diana sports a midway-sleeve floral dress and the length of the dress extends to her knees. She also wears some tangerine-colored flats. Her hair is brown-gray and in a bun, with some wrinkles on her forehead and on her nose.
"Just a simple dress, nothin' too extraordinary." -Diana
Perks:
Grandma's Resolution (uncommon/rare/very rare)
Your strength goes through the roof whenever someone or something messes with one of your loved ones. Within 10 meters of the killer, press the power activation button to perform a punch.
- The punch will stun the killer on contact for 4 seconds.
- It will release whoever or whatever they are currently holding.
- Can be used to shorten the cleanse time of totems by 4 seconds and can break a hook. You can break up to 2/3/4 hooks outside of the killer's terror radius using Grandma's Resolution.
- Causes the Exhaustion status effect for 60/50/40 seconds. Exhaustion does not recover while running.
"If anyone messes with you, tell me. We're family. I fight for us." -Diana
Sugar Cookie (common/uncommon/rare)
You are as sweet as the batch of sugar cookies you made for your children. The killer's aura is revealed to everyone for 6 seconds whenever you get injured or when the killer is stunned.
Your aura is shown for 4/5/6 seconds when you complete a heal on another survivor. The other survivor's aura gets shown for the same amount of time.
"Oh honey, it's alright! Come here, have a cookie." -Diana
Determination (rare/very rare/ultra rare)
Falling into a depression can boost your determination. Increases action speed by 1%. After you complete a generator, gain a token, up to 5 tokens.
Each token grants the Endurance status effect for 8/10/12 seconds after you are injured. Getting hit by the killer consumes a token.
"Some things are really tough, but, as soon as you get over it, you'll find yourself feeling much better, and determined for success." -Diana
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Realm: Pacific Ocean
"Extending its traverse realms, The Entity took in a part of the Pacific Ocean for its victims to explore."
Map: Cara Island
"A disturbing, run-down, dark and misty, abandoned island that The Drowned came across before. The water is bordered by a large metal gate that nobody can go across."
The island could appear as something like that, but smaller & more fitting for DBD.

I really like the originality for the killer and the idea, I'm not sure how the power could work on maps like Gideon's Meat Plant with there being a bottom floor. But this one had some charm to it. The killer feels like some old creepy urban legend. This one is cool

Thanks! She uses her power to completely disappear into the ground, so basically she would sink into the top floor of the Gideon MP if the player decided to sink on the top floor, and same with the second floor. This also applies to other maps with locations that own two floors.
Thanks for reading! :)

So complicated as killer mechanics wise, but it would be so worth it! She sound so fun and i like the survivor a lot! Great job.

Thank you! The concept of her is to go underground and grab survivor's instantly, similar to spirit but without a duration.
The survivor was a random choice, and I know that a lot of people had been requesting an old lady for a survivor.
