Is the GF's crouch movement speed really 4.6m/s?

The crouch really feels like 110% ms instead of 115% did the chage actually go through or are we living in a false world created out of lies?

His crouch speed is exactly 3.6 M/S. I have no idea why you would think it's 4.4 M/S let alone 4.6.
