Do this two add-ons actually do anything now?

    Yes and no. They work as before but you have to wait for frenzy to completely recharge so it's no where near as effective as it was pre nerf.

    Also the values of been lowered so It isn't really on any use.

    So if you've seen videos of the original Legion, those two add-ons do that but worse because the chunks are smaller so it's not worth it and a waste of BP.

    No, Stab Wound study is a waste in combination with Franks Mixtape.

    Franks Mixtape reduces 25 % of the Deep Wound Timer which is 7.5 seconds out of 30 seconds.

    You activate Deep Wounds and then need 4 additional hits to down a Survivor, you'll lose Feral on every hit and that makes the Addon #########.

    Stab Wound Study reduces the Deep Wound timer to 20 seconds BUT Franks Mixtape only reduces the timer by 25 % and not 7.5 seconds. So you will decrease 5 seconds of the timer after activating Deep Wounds.

    So, you'll still need to hit the Survivor 4 times after activating Deep Wounds. So all on all, the combo does nothing and both Addons are useless
