I feel like there isn't much Joey love. I went looking through the cosmetics contest forum and I couldn't find one Joey cosmetic. I got at least 6 or 7 pages in.
Is Joey the least favorite out of the bunch? :(
Joey is the best Legion member. Change my mind.

Joey already got a cool neon cosmetic recently. People are probably just submitting ideas for the rest of the gang because they want the other Legionnaires to get cool new outfits too.

I can't remember exactly how many they all have, I'm pretty sure it's two. But I feel like it took awhile for Joey to get his second one.
It honestly just feels like everyone loves the other three more. Especially Frank and Susie.
