Carry over perks when you prestige.
So currently when you check a character's loadout for the first time ever or after you prestige them it'll tell you that the character always starts with their 3 specific perks and give you said perks.
What if we were able to choose 3 perks when prestiging (or 1:1 perks per prestige level) instead of the default character perks and carry them over for use afterwards instead of finding them in the bloodweb again?
It's always annoying having to go through upwards of 30 levels in the bloodweb and still not finding any of the tremendously good perks like bbq and chili, or ruin, and this would solve that problem.

P2 - keep 3 T2 Perks
P3 - keep 3 T3 Perks
It would make prestiging a lil more worth it than just cosmetics, considering the lie about 'better chance of higher rarity nodes' has long been exposed
