He's sadly another Mid-Tier killer, guess I have to look forward to another 3 months of Billy, Spirit, and Nurse if I want to actually enjoy the game at upper ranks. It makes me sad because the game at upper ranks is so unbelievably unbalanced that its like BHVR is taking all these cool ideas and we're like ok thats cool buuut, balance still broke. Then oh here's a new map and characters, but, balance still broke.

Well I didn't think he'd be top tier anyway. He has no map pressure or stall potential which already stops him from being top tier for me.
