[Suggestion] Be able to buy cosmetics, characters and access the shrine while in lobby

If we could buy new characters and skins while we were waiting in the lobby.
+ We'd have more to do while queuing (therefor less complaints about wait times)
+ Behaviour Inc would sell more stuff (probably the best incentive to add this to the update list)
+ Convenience of not having to leave lobbies to get new cosmetics

It would be a nice thing.
However i see it blocked in manye, many games, so i guess there is some tech reason behind it.

I would love if they added "custom outfits" so you can see how things would look from store.
