Ghostface Add-ons (what stacks and what doesn't)

Can anyone please tell me which add-ons stack and which doesn't because it doesn't say in any of his add-on descriptions that they stack.
As iv'e been recently using both the Lasting perfume and cheap cologne add-ons together and i can't tell if they stack or not.

My problem is why do some specifically say one way or another? Every addon for every killer should say whether it stacks or not. And have numbers... but that's a separate thread.
