Perk based solution to gen rush that removes ruin from being needed.

Something that i dislike in dbd is feeling like i have to run ruin as killer. Its unreliable, rng dependent and virtually ineffective against good survivors. What if instead corrupt intervention got changed from blocking the 3 closest generators to the survivors at the start of the match for 120 seconds to blocking the last 3 generators in a match for 120 seconds once the 4th gen is complete? To balance this i think corrupt intervention could be made into Hex: Corrupt Intervention which only activates after that 4th gen is complete and can be countered by doing all the totems much like NOED.

Reason i suggest it being a Hex perk with this change is because if ran in conjunction with ruin it would likely be overkill.

I fully expect this post to be downvoted into oblivion. I just want some sensible discussion. If this is a bad idea please tell me why and elaborate. I want to know what you would do to make it better.

Corrupt Interventions is one of the best perks on Trapper and Hag. I would rather they make a brand new perk than nerf those two by making this change.
