Auric cells v Ghost face dlc (needs fix?)

So ghost face costs £3.99 for the dlc but 500 auric cells cost £.75 for 500, which is enough for him. Is this meant to be this way?

    If you buy him directly you get an extra cosmetic but I don't know if that's how it's supposed to be

    I guess they based the prices off of dollars or euro and it translated wrong in pounds
