A good buff for Ghost Face
Decrease his terror radius to 24 meters. Makes his stalk easier so the nerf to his stuff would be alright and adding M&A would actually make him decent. Furtive Chase needs looked at, though. The whole chase thing doesn't do much but the fact that it's usually once the obsession dies is a bit overkill on something that alright but not great to begin with.

Furtive Chase has a good mechanic. Just the reward sucks xd.
Also don't see how decreasing his tr would make his stalk easier care to elaborate?

@Milo If you don't tag someone, you're basically talking to yourself. Shrinking the terror radius would help because you could get closer to stalk before activating plus once you lose your power, 32 meters is really bad. Can't surprise anyone. with 24 meters and the other 8 meter reduction plus furtive chase, you could at least get a surprise hit on him but furtive chase really needs to be changed so its a permanent effect at all times, reduce it to 3 hooks and it would be alright.
