Will we ever see the devs change or improve their old mori or ingame animations? is this a dream that will never be fullfilled? im really dying to see it happen...but i think i already know it probably wont.

Old animations very unlikely.
New ones are getting a lot better just look at The Ghost Face.
Cool mori and the first killer to have a chasing animation different from normal movement.
