What's the point of killer ultra rare character offerings that let u play killers that you may not have if you are forced to play perkless and addonless?

Why is this even a thing

    1. It's better then having no chance without buying them
    2. It's a good way to see if you enjoy the killer at their base, so you know if you like their kit and think they are worth buying
    3. Advertisement.

    Yeah its better then nothing honestly even its not good, given so many killers are heavly addon dependent. Still better to have the option for those who wanna use it and the ability to just ignore it on the blood web when ya don't
