Dead Hard bug

For the past week now, I've been noticing an issue with the perk Dead Hard. I'll be injured, and while running, the indicator just will not pop up, preventing me from actually using my perk in a chase. My perk set up is Self Care, Dead Hard, We're Going to Live Forever, and Borrowed Time. I have no idea when or why this bug came into existence, but it's incredibly frustrating to have to deal with.

didnt have such an issue at all. maybe you were already exhausted by other effects?
