Boil Over Buff
I've came up with a way to buff Boil Over. I'm tired of seeing one of Kate's perks being called garbage, when it makes her look like a relentless person who doesn't give up.
Anyway, on with the suggestion.
Boil Over:
Each time a generator is completed, completely heal, or stun the killer, gain a token, up to 5 tokens. Each token grants the following bonuses:
- Reduces the killer's ability to see hook auras by 6 meters per token.
- Increases struggling effects on the killer by 20% per token.
- Fills the wiggle bar when picked up by 10% per token up to a maximum of 50% wiggle progression.
- Reduces time to wiggle out of killer's grasp by 2/3/4% perk for each token.
A token is consumed when you are hooked.

I don’t think up to 50% wiggle progression is a good idea.

I’m going to take you literally where you say “Each time a generator is completed” meaning that just by existing you’d get tokens. Getting tokens just by existing isn’t good but if you were to complete 100% of a generator (in total) to get a token then I think it would be okay. This way would make it so you do have to do something but also so you can stop in case the killer then comes after you.
I’m also going to assume that you mean getting healed to full grants a token. If this is what you meant it probably shouldn’t work with adrenaline or insta-heals as that would be too easy to get a token.
Stunning the killer to get a token is also way to easy as killers normally don’t respect the pallet. If it was pallet saves though I think it would be good with one of the other things so it wouldn’t be too easy or too hard.
The numbers I think are too much considering that getting hooked would only take away one token.
The way I see it, it should either be that you lose 2-3 tokens getting hooked (with some number changes for a couple things still) or:
- Obscure the killers ability to see hook aura’s within 3.5 metres for every token. (This way it’s still possible for the killer to see hooks within range as long as you have 4 or less tokens).
- Increases struggling effect on the the killer by 15% per token. (This one is more of an in case of lery’s).
- Fills the wiggle bar by 5% per token not exceeding 25%. This effect only applies itself once after being downed. (killers rarely drop survivors and when a killer does drop them it already automatically increases the wiggle bar by about 30% so if it could be used again without the survivor breaking out of the killers grasp it would automatically let them go just for dropping at 5 tokens for my version and 2 for yours).
- For every token decrease time to struggle by 1%/2%/3%. (This way, I’m going by highest tier, If you have max tokens on the original version it wouldn’t leave the killer with only 4.8 seconds to get to a hook they can’t see and instead leaves them with 9.6 seconds to get to a hook they probably can’t see but at least they can still search for a nearby one).

If you get hooked your count should revert to 0.
And the only actions that are valid are those you complete yourself, or things you worked on yourself.
