Getting away from negative posts for a bit, give an example of something another survivor did for you that deserves some recognition...maybe it will catch on.

To add...I have had other survivors sometimes drop toolboxes at my gen and they ran off to distract the killer. When I finally catch up to them I usually give it back...as long as they're still alive that is.

I don't pay attenion to most people's name in-game. However, i get some teammates who show me where the hatch is at. I don't know if it's the same person or not. It happens once every other game. They are nice to show me.

Whenever I get unselfish players like that I try to pay it forward in the next match. It makes it more fun for me anyway. I guess it's part of the DBD survivor creed. :-)

When I first started playing this game on ps4, I mostly played killer. I eventually convinced my fiance to join me in a few swf games. One of the first games I played was against a trapper, and I honestly was terrified. I didn't know what was going on.

One of the other survivors met me in one of the old cluttered filled halls of O'Lerys memorial. I saw the trap right behind me, but the other guy didn't. I moved out of the way, and he charged right into the trap.

The scream echoed down the halls, and I knew I would be found soon. So I slowly started walking away while that survivor struggled to break themselves free.

    -----------------------------------------------------

After the game, that survivor invited me to chat and was wondering why I left them there without trying to free them. (Wait, my brain said. You can free people?) I explained as best I could, and he forgave me for being so green.

That man is still one of the best players I have ever met, and still a good friend. He taught me a ton of survivor techniques and killer avoidance tactics.

    -----------------------------

To this day, he loves to tell the story of how we met. I'm just thankful we did.

This Bubba focused mainly on one survivor, but everytime i managed to save him. During endgame i got caught and hooked in a basement. This hero wanted to repay me and rushed through the basament during a little opening, and with borrowed time rescued me successfully. Not happy about it he also decided to bodyblock for me when we almost reached the exit, sacrificing his life. Kudos to him! 🤜🤛

I usualy run a full altruistic build. Autodidact, BT, WMI, Deliverence, so i always go for the save, even if survivor being camped. I died a lot, cause i dont leave the match, unless everyone is safe.

Thats gives some satisfaction, cause instead playing the game as intended ego, i always go for the save. Got a lot of respect, either from killer and survivor.

    That makes me feel good
