Devs, Survivors can be expected to get good for a change (Ghost Face)

Nerfing him is not justified. I've versed a couple of Ghost Faces already and in the most recent trial, I revealed the poor 8 times, at least 3 of those were mid-chase.

He Marked me twice, but couldn't get any use out of it either as I juked him and made him lose line of sight. If I can do that, so can other Survivor players. The problem does not lie with Ghost Face being too strong, but with the majority of Survivors these days being too reliant on Perks and mechanics to make up for their mistakes instead of relying on their personal skill as many veteran Survivors do, who originally had to learn to make do without second chances and fall-back mechanics.

We all know that if you make something slightly easier for poorly skilled players, you simultaneously make it considerably easier for experienced players and it's been proven time and time again that that isn't healthy for the game and why you still stick to it is beyond me at this point.

I really hope that you come to your senses and think about your upcoming Ghost Face changes and actually balance changes in general. I'm sorry (not actually), but Survivors can be expected to invest some play time into learning their stuff and gitting gud. That really is not too much to ask.

2 of the 4ghostface changes are for consistency within the game

pallet stuns should break him out of stealth. It has nothing to do with power level and everything’s to do with him own killer powers interact with pallets (see legion, plague, and wraith)

the stalking marked survivors to indefinitely expose them is not going to effect ghostface’s gameplay, at all.

the stalk addon nerfs. Maybe they are justified? Maybe they aren’t. I will not comment on that.

and the extra vision for the center of the camera is to help prevent ghostface from simply side stepping to reset survivor vision on him.

these changes are less about balance and about about more about how the killer is supposed to feel

I disagree with the exception of the Pallet stun for consistency's sake.

It's also less about the nerfs as such, but more about the message they are sending.

I find it pretty easy to reveal him, but that is probably true for anyone with FPS experience. They know how to keep a moving target centered, but there are a lot of players who aren't FPS players.

That change is not really going to affect people like me anyway, like make it any easier than it was, and since this is not an FPS game they relax it a little for everyone to even the field. It's probably more because the 3rd person camera can get pretty jittery when peeking around objects and walls.
