Fix the Matchmaking! I don't want to get red ranks in my rank 10 lobby!
I lost count of the times I had to face Survivors of a much higher rank than me. I play killer usually around rank 12-10 but I often get rank 7-5 Survivors with 1 (in words O N E) at my rank. I even did get 2 red ranks one time.
This is absolutely unfair, frustrating and absolutely no fun for me, because they tend to bully.
I know these are most likely swf but that is no reason! I would even wait a bit more for getting people that are my level.
Maybe make it that the average rank of an swf has to be 1/2/3 ranks (duo,trio, squad) lower than your rank to even out the fact they are swf and to prevent seal clubbing.
So f.e. if a 3man (3, 6 and 15) queue up their average rank is 8 and I am rank 10. We shouldn't play together (but this happens even with solo queue). So with my idea this 3man swf would get a rank 6 killer. I know this sounds harsh for the rank 15 but,.... well, there are so many people out there who do this on purpose to get easier games and inexperienced killers they can bully.
Or don't match the average of an swf directly but consider the gap between the highest an lowest rank. Maybe like this:
Up to 3 ranks difference: nothing
4-6 ranks difference: 1 rank above swf average
7-9 ranks: 2 ranks
10-12 ranks: 3 etc.
For my example it would be a rank 5 killer.

They changed the matchmaking to promote variance in ranks at the behest of a few whiny streamers who wanted to see some variance in there games besides just the top tier killers instead of pushing to make some of the low tier killers competitve. Because of course behaviour isnt in anyways compromised by a circle of surviour mains dictating how the game should be. If anything is wrong in my statement correct me id love to see you explain how the matchmaking has worsened in the past few months.
Match the higest ranked survivour in an swf to an equivalent killer. Its that simple. You wanna play with the big bois you gotta play on the same level.

I love it how they say: "It's because there are too many killers trying to play, while survivor lobby also take ages + the previous matchmaking system was a ######### ton better"

@Zarathos and @mcNuggets This was an 4 man swf in my lobby at about 5:15 p.m.
Why the hell does this happen? The rank 8 is ok-ish, but the others??? Since they changed the MM in spring it gets worse. The only thing I can be happy about is, that none of them pipped.
This has to stopor there will be fewer people who play killer.

I already stopped playing killers. They nerf killers way too much. GL watching killers playing survivors just like i am.

@ZVom I will still play Killer, because I really like to, but I will most likely dodge 3/4man swf again because of this.
I would like some indication who is swf and who is not. So they can't hide it by making their friend list private.

Survivour lobbies have been relatively ok for me anyways i play around eu so it could be different in other regions my killers tend to be in all ranks greens purple rarely a red rank killer. I'd be sitting around rank 5 to 4. Queue for killer remain fked due to reasons i assume relates to ghostface since this happens every new killer release.

@Zarathos I also play on EU. But when there are many who want to play killer because of GF, why is the Matchmaking shittier than before? Shouldn't it be vice versa? More killers - > higher possibility to find someone with matching rank
Well... I even had the scenario where I played solo (rank 7) and got a rank 20 killer. The others were around rank 10-8 too. Feels bad man.
