With the upcoming cosmetics to Detective Tapp it would be nice if his p3 face didn't have the hat. The non-hat skin is his alternative skin which I believe you only get from purchasing the DLC? (Could be wrong) Whether it replaced or was added as an alternative it would be nice as his hat won't fit very well with the new skins.

Some may disagree but for me it's always something I've had a problem with :D
