How to reveal ghostface if he stands in front of you?

I can reveal him if he's a bit of a distance away from me, but it seems it is not working if he is standing in front of me. Could someone tell me how to position the camera if he stands right in front of you? Maybe also a screenshot.

    Your own hitbox blocks a good portion of his. That is why its harder to spot him while directly in front of you or when running away.

    The devs have decided to make it incredibly difficult to let the game know that you are looking at Ghostface. The detection zone is amazingly short and thin because apparently the only way to amend the bad concept for dispelling his power was to make it frustrating to do so.

    I find it fairly easy to reveal him in all situations.

    The detection zone is slightly above the Survivor's head I believe.
