Add perks to Splinter offerings

Just add tier 1 of each of the killer's default perks. Perks are as much a reason to buy as the killers themselves, it would make the try-before-you-buy offerings much better by allowing newer players to test out how perks like BBQ, Make Your Choice, and Blood Warden can affect a match.

    Yes, please. At least the Killer's own three perks should be equipped by default, even if you don't have any of them unlocked.
