Unrelenting Rework

Unrelenting:

You recuperate faster from attacks made with your main weapon. The cool-down of missed and successful attacks is reduced by 10%. The movement speed penalty during the attack cool-downs are reduced by 40%/45%/50%.

This should help the perk become more viable since it helps M1 killers catch survivors easier! Also, values are just placeholders, they can always be changed to suit the balance of the game. :)

I was thinking about how slow killers are after they attack a survivor with their main weapon. Then I was thinking, wouldn't Unrelenting be the perfect perk to alleviate that speed penalty?
