hatch not closable with 1 survivor

The hatch should not be closable if there is only one survivor remaining, it's unfair that the killer can close the hatch at this point and is able to travel to both exits before a survivor can open one.

    Then how is the Killer supposed to stop the last survivor from escaping with the hatch?

    Simply trying to down the Survivor before he can reach the hatch is extremely unreliable and RNG dependent. It would be an automatic win the for the Survivor the second they get close to the hatch during what should be the Killer's strongest moment.

    Remember, a good Survivor never has to deal with the hatch, but a good Killer ALWAYS has to deal with the hatch. So it's more important for the Killer to have tools to deal with the hatch than it is for the Survivor to use it.

    I think they should bring back Horvath's Idea that a Key would spawn in the basement, giving the last survivor 1 more option and the Killer 1 more place to check.
