Three killer perk ideas (no killer attached)
I'm bad with names, so I went with what made the most sense to me.
Hex: Sabotage
After hitting a survivor, the next pallet dropped by them will be destroyed. Will effect the last 1/2/3 Survivors hit. After effecting a survivor with this perk, that survivor cannot be effected again until 30 seconds after they destroy a pallet with this perk. Effected survivors will no longer be effected by this perk after the totem is destroyed, or a pallet is used while effected. Pallets effected by this perk that stun a killer will act like Spirit Fury.
Stamina Drain
Survivors who trigger exaustion with one of their perks within the Killer's terror radius will be exausted 1.5/2/2.5x longer. Cooldown of 60/45/30 seconds.
Hex: Regeneration
While in effect, any Hex totem that is destroyed will be repaired after 120/100/80 seconds. When repaired, that totem will operate at 50% efficiency (Ruin will regress less, Lullaby will punish less, TOTH will slow cleansing less, Haunted Grounds exposes shorter, Devour Hope loses half its tokens, Hag's other hex will blind in a shorter distance), and if Hex: Regeneration is cleansed, all repaired totems are destroyed, and altruism is 15/10/5% faster for all survivors.

The purpose of the first two are to give killers who struggle with loops more options. Mainly, Exaustion perks and Pallets. The last one is an idea I've had for a while, and threw it in there.
