I mean she's not even that bad if you run thanataphobia. She's not top tier or anything but she's one of the better Killers.

Plague vomit is pretty spammy, but avoidable if you use stealth wisely.

She can be red ranm if you got the right build like Hex: (Ruin or lullaby), Thantiphobia, Bbq and chilli, PGTE, and of course you can replace the last two with Spirit Fury/Enduring combo, not to mention her red add-on that show puking survivors aura for 5 secinds with no cool down
