Nerf Dwights movement speed to 20% and he can't run any perks. This would only apply to Dwight since he's a nerd with no friends and fails at life.

    How about if he tries to run he breaks both his ankles in 20 different places?

    And every time he tries to vault a pallet, he gets bored halfway through and falls asleep in the center of it. xD
