remove/nerf instaheals and ebony moris

Those things in my opinion really shouldn't be in the game anymore. I can't even say how annoying it is to go against any of those things. When a killer uses an ebony the like to tunnel of hook and instantly mori the survivor and instaheals literally give someone another life, it's kinda like the old ds but with a heal on top. I would like to see those either removed or nerfed pretty hard like the brand new parts. Those things were really stupid too. Can't say how many times someone syringed someone in front of me while I was playing an M1 killer. Killers tunneling of hook with an ebony mori isn't a rare thing either.

They did say they could nerf insta heals so they are overtime instead. (that was long ago tho)
