Is bbq and chilli bugged?

Everytime I get a 4k, or even hook All the survivors, it still only gives me 3/4 (yes I do have level 3) and it's annoying because it's a bonus 25% that I'm missing for no damn reason and I've seen alot of other people on YouTube have the same problem... am I doing something wrong that the description doesn't tell me?!

Its a visual bug, its happening to pretty much every token based perk.
This means the perks working, but since a visual bug is happening it looks like you don't have 4 tokens, when in reality you do.
