Why cant i join a public match? everything is locked.

I have completed all the tutorials multiple times and the game is completely downloaded and up to date.

do you get ban by EAC?

@corrosive_fox If you are on PC, try verifying files through steam. If its console, delete and delete the saved data THEN re-download. It should work now.
