Per every survivor Injured 5%/5.5%/6% decreased action speed

The injured survivor is not affected by they're own 6% decreased speed (but everyone else is affected by the injured person decreased speed healed or injured doesn't matter)

That makes it good because you injure the survivor and then you continue to chase them while other's do objectives , currently when you're being chased as survivor and you're injured and the killer has thanatophia the person being chased is not really affected by anything. So new version would make other survivor's suffer 6% while the person injured would be chased, hooked, unhooked, healed (if another survivor heal him then it's slower) and then the person fixes gen and another person gets injured and then he would get the 6% debuff but not the person who is injured.

(I'm a 75% survivor main, 15% pig main and 10% spirit main, rank 1 on both sides) I don't use thana as killer but i face againts it a lot as survivor

Just keep it as it is and up the numbers slightly. Theres no point in having the injured person not have the effect of thanataphobia. If you lose them in chase and they begin a gen while injured they are unaffected by thanataphobia until someone else becomes injured. You're essentially including a minor moment of weakness for the perk until another person is injured.
