The Frozen {Killer Concept}

I'm not too deep into this yet, but it's been in my mind for a bit. It's just been bugging me until now and wrote up rough concept for a Cool Killer.🙃

The rough draft title for this killer is now The Frozen. I haven't worked on a backstory up but i willing to take ideas. Simply put this killer was going to be killed through some kind frostbite like being stuck in a freezer or stuck in a snowstorm, but then the entity would save him in last moment albeit making it kill survivors. If you guys wanna help expand on the lore of a bit be my guest.

Stat wise it has 24m. terror radius and have 110% movement speed. It's power is both a passive and active called Bone Chill; the passive is that while survivors are in it's terror radius they will start to chill, i'll assume it would take probably 10 to 15 sec. to freeze the survivors in which survivor would receive a 10% speed reduction. Survivor can counter the chilling by either leaving the terror radius which will greatly warm you up or sprint; however it will slowly warm the survivors up, however if frozen it will not go away until you are hit in which it will reset the chill meter. Also if a frozen survivor is outside the terror radius you will start to warm up, quicker if you are sprinting

The killer however can increase the meter by using the active; by using the M2 you will do a short charge and then shoot out a cone of extreme cold air the increases the chill meter of all survivor that are hit by it. I even thought add-on that would hurt survivors if they got frozen by the active cause mangle/hemorrhage.

Yeah that what I have for now, and what do you guys think. If you want to expand upon on it please go ahead. Any question and criticism is welcomed.

Ooo I love the concept so far. Another way to heat up can be the barrels that are around the map, but still as slow as sprinting in the terror radious. However, they need to be lit and go out over time and by the killer.

How far is the M2 ability, cold air? Like Doctor or something?

The lore is a good start with a freezer or stuck in a snowstorm. Maybe someone brought them there with ill intentions? I like what is happening so far with the concept you have.😍 Keep going!

Can be some 19th century explorer that went on an expedition in some uncharted area (probably some place in Antarctica) and was the remaining survivor. Maybe he did it for national pride. Something like that.

The concept is pretty interesting. Is the 10% reduced speed also in actions? Like doing gens, totems, exit gates, healing, etc. Or did you mean actual sprinting speed? Would this ice cone hinder survivors kinda like how Doctor's shock does?

I imagine sprinting should have some sort of downside. Maybe scratch marks expand more? Linger longer? I feel like this sprinting idea could have cool tracking potential. Another thing would have survivors shiver loudly and it's like a built-in Stridor or something.
