Doctors ilusionar pallets and spike in audio

They said they fixed ilusionari pallets but they still sometimes appear as unused pallets.

Also volume spike when getting shocked, screaming and when increasing madness is seriously deafening.

Can it be fixed?

    Illusionary pallets can appear as used or as unused, it was always like so. It is chosen randomly when pallet is summoned.
