MORIS (in general)
Ok, this is what i think: If you are a killer and you want to pip you dont play mori cause it just lowers the points and pips you get (You make less hooks, less chases, less injuries, less everything.) if you are a killer and you want to see the killers mori, you just need 1 mori AND it has to be done when otherwise the player would have been killed anyway by third hook. In general, i think that the Mori should be something that doesn't change the game. Ppl just leaves games on the first hook because they are afraid and dont wanna be moried. i think it should be "a reward" for the killer to sometimes kill someone by their own hands instead of being something that destroy the fun. So Why it's not changed in "you can kill someone after TWO hooks"?

What'd change? If people just "leaves games on first hook" if they're afraid of being mori'd, then they'd do the same on their second hook instead. Or just straight up not struggle and die instantly in phase 2.
Killers are already punished for using moris by not being able to rank up.

Not necessarily, because if the killer wants to tunnel ppl to mori them, he has to get DS and its already a +1 defense from mori. Atm what is the defense from avoiding mori? Not gettin caught? You can say that in every game you can avoid being caught? If you put the mori to second hook then the killer is forced to choose: Do i tunnel and get ds or do i change my target and try to first hook someone else? It will surely not change the fact that after that chase or after 60 seconds he could just go for the first survivor, but still you have another chase to do AND, in that time, that survivor can decide to better hide and rush gen instead. (plus all the positive stuff that comes from unhookin ppl with borrowed and points you get and all that kind of things) I'm not talking about what's right or wrong, i'm talkin about what's fair for everyone.
P.s.
Killers are already punished to not rank up because the pip system is SOOO BS. if you take mori it's because you are frustrated and you want to be toxic and just "punish the others" because of this.
