I wanna gather up 1 million blood points and rank my nurse up to lvl 35. So there i can choose "a nurses calling"

If i want "thanatophobia" aswell do i have to prestige her or what?

    You unlock teachable perks at level 30-35-40 and you don't need to prestige to unlock them.
