Doctor Rework

We have seen Trapper Wraith, Freddy, Legion and debatably Ghostface all receiving reworks to make them easier/more fun to play as while not giving them too much edge that would make a power Imbalance. I believe it is time to give one of the oldest killers a little bit of love. 

While I think that the current doctor map doesn't need too much attention, I feel that some slight tweaks to his main power and add-ons are far overdue. While I don’t have too many ideas as to what the developers would be able to do, I think that a charge decrease add on would work well. I am not asking to completely change his power, I just think some number tweaks and adjustments would make him more fun to play/play against, and see him appear more frequently in online matches. Any thoughts on this matter or ideas of possible changes?

    He's plenty fun to play as-is.

    All doctors are annoying to play against. We cant even use dead hard while mad... like... what??? Imo that, combined with the aparitions is hard enough. Cuz he can just zap everyone into tier 2 and he's got the entire map covered...

    But idk... im just biased i guess. I think he needs a nerf, but seeing as people are asking for buffs Id rather him staying the same.

    Again, thats just me.
