New Language Suggestion for DbD Mobile - Vietnamese

I see DbD Mobile now has a few languages, and I want to contribute language to help DbD Mobile players in Vietnam without language barriers. Vietnam is a big market for games on the phone so hopefully DbD Mobile development team can review and apply Vietnamese translation right from the beta stage.
