How does the Double Bloodpoint event work?

If I'm not wrong, isn't there a cap on how much Bloodpoints you can earn in a single match?

If so, wouldn't double BP just make you reach that cap faster? So if you're a good player usually and you're reaching almost max points every game WITHOUT the event, then you won't notice a difference with this event because you'll still get the same amount as before, you just need to do less stuff in the match. If that makes sense?

See at first, I completely forgot there was a cap so I was expecting to get close to 100k BP per match as a survivor with offerings too. Sounds too good to be true.

Correct me if I'm wrong but that's how it works, right? :p

32,000 is the maximum you can get during the trial. Event multipliers, BBQ, WGLF and some offerings are added on top of your score after the trial has finished. I think the most I’ve ever earnt from one trial was 120k

think of it as a permanent party streamer offering. also there is a difference between point-gain during and after the trial. i.e. youre playing killer and get a 30k score, you get a total of 60k, if you got 4 bbq stacks you get 90k- if you pop a streamer you get 120k, etc.

There are perks, addons and offerings that give different type of bonus. You either get more experience in a category or bonus experience.

More is within the match so a hit of 200 points could give you 400 instead ingame.
bonus is calculated during the match but awarded after the match on top of the maxmum you had.

For example you got 8000 in objective and you used a green offering that awards 100% more in objective you would get another 8000 after the game.

WGLF and BBQ work different since you start with 100% experience untill your first stack. From here on everything you do earns you 125% untill your second stack. Then 150% till the third, 175% till the fourth and 200% from then onwards. the 100% is shown in the post screen where you see all of the names and the 100% + all of the bonuses is shown on the very first tab on the post screen.

Heres a picture of my match last night playing Leatherface with BBQ and Chilli, double experience and 3 Bloody Party STreamers.
