Banned without warning?!

I'm not making this post to get flamed. I logged on to play DBD today, as I am off work for my birthday.

I logged on to see I have been banned from the game for a week.

I received no notification as to why I was banned or what I did to even get banned? I have looked at my e-mails including junk and spam, and nothing.

I have looked for a DBD support ticket system, however I can't find one.

Is there a way to file a support ticket to find out what I did get banned?
