When you pick up someone's item they drop now, you get the Add on's as well, I picked myself up 3 flashlights yesterday with rare lightbulbs and batteries... before you would just get the item...

    one time i hit a survivor so hard, they broke open like a pinata and about 25 items fell out.... it looked like a successful boss fight in Borderlands....
