Can I get banned for continuosly meleeing sacrificed survivors?

Thing is that there's no way for you to know if you really got under their skin, while they can tell for sure that they got under yours by your reaction. 😂
When killers do that to me it doesn't end well for them cause i always run kindred so the other survivors know what to do. Enjoy wasting your time hitting me while i finish my drink 😘
PS: none of them are bannable btw.

this is a video game, you can play how you like, hitting someone on hook isnt childish, many roleplay and its perfectly fine.
If teabagging is fine and shouldnt bother killers, hitting on hook shouldnt bother survivors.

Both tea-bagging and hook-whacking are classic Hegelian Master-Slave dialectic.
I don't want to bring it up when people are like "Just don't let it bother you, why do you care? It can't harm you." in response to someone being angry about being taunted in the game. The fact that is their reaction suggests to me they haven't really put much thought into it and don't want to; talking about what a flatulent German philosopher had to say would be pointless.
In a nutshell, any time two self-concious beings meet for the first time, they are each oblivious towards the other being another self-conscious being with their own thoughts and feelings. They see each other as objects. Some people actually manage to maintain this state indefinitely: they're the people replying with "Just don't let it bother you"; it doesn't bother them because they rarely move beyond step-one when interacting with other people for the first time. The idea that someone is different to them is avoided, because it's frightening and that fear plays a big role in the steps that come after.
The process happens when one side in this game encounters the other too and it might explain how the game has changed. By hiding, the survivor is acknowledging that the killer is dangerous, the killer is the master and the survivor is in a subservient role. People instinctively resist that, no one likes being subservient. So survivors don't bother hiding, but will even get the killer's attention and try to aggravate them. It doesn't matter how the killer reacts though; the survivor is doing it for an intrinsic motivation, they would do it no matter what, because they don't want to be subservient.
Likewise, the killer hook-whacking is only read as 'yay, I got under their skin' for the sake of self-recognition, it's not an accurate reading of the killer's mind-state; they're hook-whacking for the same reason the survivor is tea-bagging: they intrinsically do not want to be subservient and they might think they're sending a message to the survivor on the hook, it's an act of self-aggrandising.

The problem here is that you cannot, in any accurate capacity, clump everyone's behavior in such a way. You are absolutely right that there will be those whose motives fit perfectly into the category(s) you listed but many others do not.
Lets simply keep this to the game DBD, but I am the type of player who likes to never get caught. This isn't because I don't like getting chased or that I cannot use the tools given effectively (not saying this as a boast) I simply prefer the stealth gameplay and evading detection is fun for me. I have never found such a style to be subservient nor have I felt it belittled my skills and abilities.
If I am playing with a friend or have a daily to be chased I will often try and be found, maybe I'll even throw a few t-bags in to get the attention of the killer as doing so helps make you stand out. In fact if I notice the killer doesn't commit to the chase after I give a t-bag or gives up quickly I can even use this action as a means to falsely boost their perception of my skill. It can be strategic at times.
As a killer if I am hitting someone on the hook its almost always because I'm bored while waiting for them to finish the death animation. Often I tend to just spin in a circle in front of them. Now I can say with confidence that I have at one point or another done it for self satisfaction in the past as a sort of celebration for catching that one person who gave me a go around (but was cocky for it) and in that case yes, you got me. My point is that this is easily (in my case) a rare occurrence and the action (if taken at all) far more often falls in the list of reasons stated above.

if you hit me on hook when i haven't bmed you at all you best believe you're getting the bags at the next opportunity though

You mean hitting survivors on the hook? No... although it is abit childish. Just shows whoever your throwing the game to facecamp that they REALLY got under your skin.

fyi if you take a killer hitting you on hook as some deep psychological essay, youre taking this game way too serious.
Just because a killer hits m1 at you on the hook doesnt mean some deep dark fantasy you may have. Its just a killer having fun.

You can't get banned for it but it is Bm just like teabagging ect. But you best believe if you do that to me next time I see you in a game I will make your job as killer a living hell as well as changing my build from No Mither to an OoO using meta tryhard build meant to just make you chase me the entire game while I teabag you over and over.

There's not enough room here to comfortably write and read Hegel's entire master-slave dialectic in a post. But you describing your experience of the game is no contradiction to it.
Whether you acknowledge it or not, the use of stealth is a respect of the power it is being used against. In the stages of the dialectic beyond what I talked about earlier, the two sides having adopted the roles of master and slave in relation to each other have become co-dependent on each other for recognition. The master owes their position to the slave and the slave resents the master because this relationship is only a matter of survival. The main purpose of stealth in DbD is to not be caught and not being caught is about survival.
The problem for the master is they have only the slave to obtain validation from; but the slave in their role actually produces something and their relationship to the master is substituted by their relationship with their own labour. This is exactly the stage you are at.
I should also add that I am not using master/slave as analogies for killer/survivor; it's about the players themselves, who are self-concious beings, which is what Hegel is talking about in how he theorises on personal relations. Killers are often in the subservient role, hence why we generate so many complaints ourselves.

Annoying the other for shits and giggles is part of gaming. That's actually more important than the videogame itself: rule is, whoever loses his ######### first..., well, he loses. That's no excuse for the most horrible trash talk (except for good friends, they can take it :) ), but you really shouldn't be so upset about a little spanking on the hook. That just shows you're weak. Do you want to stay weak?!

No, but it's often interesting or funny to take something that's not serious and then apply total seriousness to it, more so I reckon than to take something that is definitely serious and make a joke out of it.
I'm self-reflective and realise I have boring opinions too. The mistake made by MegaWaffle in their responses to me was to believe I was stating my 'opinion' when I was applying ideas by the philosopher Georg Hegel to actions in DbD that are intended on one level to humiliate someone else but on another are really about recognition.
